What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens to the information you give when you book an appointment through this website. It is written for the demonstration site and will be finalised with the clinic before launch.

What we ask for

The booking form asks only for what is needed to arrange your visit: your name, contact details, date of birth, whether you are attending under GESY or privately, and your preferred language. It does not ask about your symptoms or your health.

Health information

Information about your health is special category data under the General Data Protection Regulation. It is not collected through this website. Any clinical questions are asked in the consultation.

The deposit

On the live site, the deposit is handled by the clinic's booking provider through a regulated payment processor. This website never sees or stores card details.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what information the clinic holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or removed. The clinic's contact details are on the contact page.
