Before you come in
A few practical answers. Anything clinical is discussed in the consultation, not online.
How long is a consultation?
Twenty minutes. It is enough time to examine you, explain what is happening, and agree the next step without rushing.
What should I bring?
Any previous letters, scans or hearing tests you have, a list of your current medicines, and your GESY details if you are attending under GESY.
Do I need a referral?
For a private appointment, no. You can book directly. For GESY, your personal doctor refers you in the usual way.
What languages can I be seen in?
English, Greek or Arabic. Dr. Shebli consults in all three.
Why is there a deposit to book?
The deposit holds your appointment time so the slot is kept for you. It is €50 for a private consultation or €25 under GESY. Full terms are shown on the payment step.
Will I be asked about my symptoms online?
No. The booking form only asks what the clinic needs to arrange the visit. Your symptoms are for the consultation, in the room, with the surgeon.
Can my child be seen?
Yes. Dr. Shebli treats children as well as adults across ear, nose and throat conditions, at a pace children are comfortable with.
